Day 1: Johannesburg – Mkulumadzi Lodge, Majete Wildlife Reserve
Start your journey to the largely undiscovered Majete Wildlife Reserve. Begin with Johannesburg, South Africa, where you will also take a short flight to Lilongwe in Malawi.
A Mkulumadzi representative will be meet you upon arrival in Malawi, who will assist you with the immigration process before transfer to the lodge.
Our experts can arrange a charter flight for guests seeking more convenient travel. This chartered flight will fly directly from Lilongwe International Airport to the Majete Airstrip before enjoying a short 20 minute road transfer to the lodge.
After the re-introducing lion, the Reserve is the only park in Malawi where the Big 5 can be found.
Day 2-4: Mkulumadzi Lodge, Majete Wildlife Reserve

Day 5: Departure
Finaly, after your final breakfast in the African bush, you will begin to make your way back to Lilongwe before flying back to Johannesburg for your onward journey.
