Day 1

Arrive Victoria Falls Airport or Livingstone Airport

Embark on a unique journey in Southern Africa’s Adventure Capital. Upon arrival at Victoria Falls or Livingstone Airport, you will be met by Southern Dynasty Safaris representative and transferred to your accommodation. In the afternoon, you can relax on a sunset cruise on the mighty Zambezi River. Board a cruise and navigate one of Africa's mightiest rivers, cruising past islands of basking crocodile and hippo pods lazing in the waning African sun, before returning to your lodge for dinner.

Day 2

Victoria Falls Tour

After breakfast you will be taken on a guided tour of the Victoria Falls on both Zambia and Zimbabwe to witness one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, the mighty Victoria Falls in all of their glory as it pours it content down the Batoka Gorges. Learn about the history of the Falls as you take in the awesomeness of this seventh natural wonder of the world on our Victoria Falls Tour. Later in the Day just after the Victoria Falls Tour, Take a visit to the now famous Mukuni Cultural Village to learn about the culture and origins of the people of this Zambian village. This is an eye-opening, educational and inspiring activity. With a population of about 5000, Mukuni is a real village with real Leya people living their lives. During the tour, you will learn about their livelihoods, culture, and see Chief Mukuni's Palace. You can also pre-arrange to have a taste of the traditional food and beer. You will still have time for optional activities should you wish to book additional excursions.

Day 3

Mosi Oa Tunya National Park Game Drive & Livingstone Town Tour

MORNING Enjoy a Livingstone Game Drive through the Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park in Zambia. With the help of the experienced guides you can hope to spot some of Africa’s finest wildlife, including elephant, giraffe, zebra, buffalo and many more. The Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park is home to the only 5 remaining highly endangered White Rhino in Zambia. The park is on the banks of the Zambezi River so you will also enjoy seeing hippos and crocodiles. In addition to the wildlife, there is abundant bird-life in Livingstone’s Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park. AFTERNOON Take a quick city tour of Livingstone with a Commentary while driving slowly explaining the Historical background of Livingstone. Stopping at major Historical Buildings and delegates are free to take pictures. The town of Livingstone was moved from Old Drift in 1905 when it was decided that a location on Constitution Hill would be healthier than one on the River. The town was carefully planned with wide streets, avenues of beautiful trees, buildings with high ceilings and mosquito-netted verandahs. Visit the David Livingstone Museum which was established in 1934. It is the oldest and largest of the four national Museums in Zambia and is located in Livingstone the Tourist Capital of Zambia and home of the Victoria Falls. It is multidisciplinary Museum with collections and exhibitions in Archaeology, Ethnography History and various branches of Natural History, including Mammalogy, Ornithology, Entomology, Ichthyology, Herpetogoly and Bothany. It holds a vast archaeological collection including the mine finds of the World Broken Hill Man, the main reference collection on Zambia’s biodiversity, a rich ethnographic collection dating back to the early 20th Century, a vast collection of the explorer David Livingstone’s memorabilia, a rich archival collection and hosts one of the oldest libraries in the country. Guests are also taken to view the famous Curio market which is a bustling colorful market where the local Zambians come to shop. The market sells everything from bright chitenge (local fabric), bags, curios made from different types of trees, copper bracelets, Wall clocks, African Maps using the Big 5 animals etc. This Market is situated in a small park in the centre of town. After the tour clients are transferred back to hotel You will still have time for optional activities should you wish to book additional excursions.

Day 4

Chobe Day Trip

Cross the Botswana border for a day-trip into Chobe National Park, where large herds of African elephant roam. A Chobe Day Trip is a full day safari experience that includes a cruise on the Chobe River and a game drive in the world famous Chobe National Park. A Chobe day trip is a unique opportunity to experience some of the best game viewing in Africa and is designed for visitors staying in Livingstone (Zambia) that would like to visit the Chobe National Park in Botswana for the day. Board your Chobe River cruise, watching herds of elephant and buffalo come to the edge of the river to drink. See the flash of a kingfisher hovering over the water to catch its next meal, then enjoy an included lunch at Chobe Safari Lodge on the banks of the mighty Chobe River. Later return to Victoria Falls Waterfront for your last night in Zambia or Similar.

Day 5

Departure & Optional Morning Activity

After Breakfast you will have the option to book any extra activity or relax awaiting to bid farewell to the 'Smoke that Thunders' and return to Zambia's Livingstone Airport or Victoria Falls Airport for your onward journey
